Patients are seen by appointment only. Please call us at (252) 364-3231 to schedule. Appointments will be reserved by credit card.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first appointment to allow time for paperwork, thereby ensuring a full treatment session.

If you are late for your appointment, we may not be able to extend your session. You will still be responsible and charged for the orginally scheduled treatment.

If you must cancel or reschedule, we require at least 24 hours notice. The credit card holding your reservation will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service, should you fail to come in or give adequate notice.

We request payment in full at the time of your visit. We accept cash, personal checks (upon approval), MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.

Interest-free deferred payment plans are available upon approval of credit by CareCredit.
